Why is this watch winder special? This watch winder is definitely not the average kind of watch winder you’d see is it? It’s beautiful in design, and has a very elegant and subtle touch to it. This stems from the green tinted glass which you can see it resting on. The futuristic “Time Capsule” is part of Rapports “Optima” collection.
The cylindrical vessel is what makes this one of the coolest watch winders I’ve seen – the transparency allows for that futuristic element to radiate, along with the glass and the chrome-plated aluminium. It also allows to view and admire the mechanical composition inside of it, with the brass wheels making the “magic” happen.
The padded carrier allows for almost any size watch to fit on it, and is comfortably located at the front with a glass dome protecting it whilst it’s winding. This is also where you can set the speed and direction in which you want your watch to be wound in.

This luxurious WOLF watch winder features some incredible features – if we take a look at the closed position, we can see a warm and rich “British Racing” green vegan leather exterior, highlighting their standpoint on the environment – but it also allows for the gold tone trimmings to really pop, further adding to that sense of luxury.

As you can see from the left or top picture, the exterior is made from a vegan leather, and it displays a cool and unique embroidery throughout. The theme then matches the interior, which holds a soft micro-suede lining.
The pre-programmed rotational phases and the pair of locking cuffs this “Memento Mori” features, allow the watch winder to be reliable and fit larger and heavier timepieces – which is an important feature which some watch winders don’t consider as thoroughly.
